WHO WE ARE: We are a Torrance-based Health & Wellness studio committed to helping individuals lead healthier, stronger & more fulfilling lives through the latest recovery methods, including cryotherapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, compression therapy, dry salt/halotherapy, PEMF & red & blue light therapy.
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wellness Advisor/Front Desk Sales Associate. This part-time position requires a flexible schedule to cover shifts in our studio and potentially at various events. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences to all members, prospects, and guests, ensuring a "WOW" factor.
- Contributing to sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products and services.
- Maintaining a professional, clean, relaxing, inviting, and enjoyable atmosphere/environment/image.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:
- 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably with a background in sales.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable demeanor with a passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
PAY & PERKS:
- Hourly rate: $16.00/hour, with additional bonuses based on personal sales performance and client tips.

SCHEDULE:
- Part-time, approximately 10-20 hours/week.
- Shifts are Weekdays & Weekends and may be Half Days or Full Days.
- Shifts Usually Begin an Hour Before Open & End 30 Minutes After Close | Current facility hours: M-Th: 10:00am - 6:00pm | Fri: 12:00pm - 5:00pm | Sat & Sun: 10:00am - 4:00pm.

We are a health and wellness center. We offer a wide variety of holistic services that are designed to reduce inflammation and speed up recovery. People use our facility to recover faster from workouts, to manage pain from injuries, or just to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
At Beach Cities Cryo we are former athletes and weekend warriors who like to push our bodies, but don’t like pain and soreness. So we looked at several of the more progressive types of recovery modalities and decided it would be nice if they were all offered at the same place. We incorporate many of the newer forms of recovery methods, ranging from cold, heat, compression, to massage therapy. All of these modalities can be used to alleviate pain, reduce recovery times, and improve the overall quality of life.
